Mr. Richardson began working as an investigator in April of 1982. He founded D. O. Richardson & Associates in January 1990, specializing in Insurance Fraud Investigations. Mr. Richardson is a licensed Private Detective in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.

VICE PRESIDENT

Mrs. Richardson joined D. O. Richardson & Associates in April of 2013. She is a licensed Private Detective in Pennsylvania and holds a Degree in Business Administration.

DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Mr. Smith started with D. O. Richardson & Associates in 2003 as an investigator, and has participated in thousands of Workers' Compensation and Liability Insurance Fraud Investigations. In 2009, he joined the office staff as an Investigative Supervisor and currently oversees operations in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Waynesburg University.

For operational reasons we do not display photographs of our investigative agents. What we would like you to know is that we have a diverse group of men and women from various ethnic and social backgrounds. Some of our investigators are bilingual, which has proven to be very helpful during investigations in certain neighborhoods. Our staff is our most valuable asset and reflects the diversity of the claims filed in the regions we serve. It is our proven philosophy that an investigation has more success when an investigator is more relaxed and less noticeable in a given neighborhood. We also believe that we reduce liability when we utilize a female investigator on female surveillance subjects.
